2/23/2010 - 2.5% Real Estate Direct's 1% MLS program Wow!

As opposed to Flat Fee MLS which typically results in lost sales, or at best, 3% or more commission, 2.5% Real Estate Direct has an MLS listing program for America's Choice customers that not only works, but allows for MLS sales for only 1%. We just sold 10 Galante Circle and 15 Galante Circle for over $300,000 at 1% and millions of dollars more. Just ask our agents! 1% is much, much better than 3%. Now I see in February 2010 we sold 117 Galante Circle. There was a buyer's agent who wanted 3% commission. Our agent, Linda Lehtonen negotiated the buyer's agent commission to 1%.
