Jeremy was very professional. I received appraisals from 4 realtors. There was a difference of $46,000 between the high and the low. Jeremy was right on the money at the price he suggested. Also the other realtors fees were between 5.5% and 7%.After we signed the contract I told him that I'd be calling him frequently. It turned out I didn't have to because he called me with frequent updates and inputs. I felt he was there every step of the way.
