Your service is excellent! ...The price we agreed upon is $315,000. I followed many of the 'tips for showing' for my open house... I sold the house the first open house. The buyer came back on Monday and brought a check on Tuesday.

The buyers are Orchard Park natives returning from Florida who have been looking for a country house for months. This was their 4th trip back. I treated them to an apple pie from the apple trees on the property.

I can't thank you enough for your fabulous service. I see lots of For Sale signs around Orchard Park that are from last Spring... and none of these are America's Choice.

I am truly overwhelmed with the prompt listing when I called and all the exposure and help I got in the literature and signs.

I continue to get calls but I tell people an offer is pending. Thank you for a fabulous job - How anyone wants to go to a realtor I don't know. I got to pick out my buyer, and meet the people who will live in the house my husband and I built.
